interesting. i think hope and perseverance kind of go together. if there's no hope, then why bother persevering? do you believe that there's always hope? i do, as misguided as it can be. i guess i'm kind of a dreamer in that sense. i can be realistic too though. i guess the best way to go is hope for the best and expect the worst.
